What is BizCore?
BizCore is a single operating system for your F&B business — not a collection of tools. Every module is connected, so changing one thing updates the whole system and every number lives in one place. It brings together order management, kitchen display, inventory control, billing and POS, customer CRM, revenue analytics, workflow automation, WhatsApp integration, and supplier management as one piece of infrastructure.
Is BizCore off-the-shelf software or built for my business?
Every level of BizCore is built from scratch for your specific operation. You are not buying a template or a software subscription — you are buying a system that runs your business. It is powerful enough to handle real operational complexity, but simple enough that anyone on your team can use it from day one.
How much does it cost to get started with NeuralShift?
Most businesses start with the Operational Audit, which is a one-time fee of 5,000 LKR. We spend 90 minutes inside your business mapping every order flow, stock movement, and manual task, then give you a full operations map and written recommendations with no obligation to proceed. If you go ahead and build, the 5,000 LKR is credited 100% toward your system build.
What are the BizCore system levels, and what do they cost?
BizCore comes in three levels, all priced in Sri Lankan Rupees. Foundation starts from 175K setup plus Rs 25,000 per month, Growth starts from 280K setup plus Rs 45,000 per month, and the Full Operating System starts from 500K setup plus Rs 75,000 per month. Each level is recommended based on your Operational Audit, and setup payments are split across three milestones: 50% on signing, 30% on delivery, and 20% at day 30.
How long does it take to go live?
Time to go-live depends on the system level: Foundation is a 3-week delivery, Growth is 4 weeks, and the Full Operating System is 6 weeks. For context, Stacko Café in Galle went from the initial audit to go-live in 3 weeks.
What is included in the Foundation system?
The Foundation system is for businesses still running operations manually, and it includes WhatsApp order capture and tracking, inventory tracking with low-stock alerts, customer records, an owner mobile dashboard, and a daily WhatsApp revenue report. It comes with trilingual support and is delivered in 3 weeks. The Growth and Full Operating System levels build on top of everything in Foundation.
What languages does BizCore support?
BizCore supports three languages: English, Sinhala, and Tamil (EN / SI / TA). Trilingual support is included from the Foundation level upward, so your team can work in the language they are most comfortable with.
